About this Qualification

Job Description

The Rubber Internal Mixer Operator is responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring internal mixing equipment used in the processing of rubber compounds. The individual ensures accurate raw material loading, optimal machine operation, and adherence to process parameters to achieve consistent product quality. The operator also monitors the quality of the output mix, performs routine maintenance, and ensures workplace safety and compliance.
