About this Qualification

Job Description

This occupational standard (OS) describes the performance criteria, knowledge and understanding including generic skills required to ensure sustainable practices are followed in all processes and procedures on a daily basis while managing the store. This Occupational standard applies to the Retail Management Team and Retail Associates who are based in the store. They operate under regular supervision from others and can provide suggestions for making operational changes & decisions.
