About this Qualification

Job Description

The Individual is able to understand the technologies of raw milk processing operations, get hands-on experience to prepare different dairy products, microbiological analysis and role of dairy starters in manufacturing fermented dairy products, monitor safety and analyze chemical quality of milk and milk products.
