The individual in this job role installs the set-top box at customer’s premises, addresses the field serviceable complaints and coordinates with the technical team for activation of new connections.

3 year Diploma after 10th Completed No Experience Equivalent
12th Passed No Experience Equivalent
10th Passed 3 years Equivalent
10th Passed 2 years NTC/NAC
Previous NSQF qualification of Level 3.5 1.5 Years Equivalent
