Job Description

A Handheld Devices (Mobile & Accessories) Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in mobile phones, tablets, laptops and mobile accessories. The individual also performs basic chip-level repairs and ensures device functionality, maintains quality standards, and adheres to the applicable safety and environmental protocols.
